Community conduct

Short version: don't be a jerk on the air, don't be a jerk in the chat.

On the air

• Keep public channels clean. MeshCore Public and Meshtastic LongFast are discovery channels for everyone.
• Don't broadcast PII. Public channels are public radio.
• Respect ISM rules. Stay within 902–928 MHz, under the legal power limit (Industry Canada RSS-210), no commercial use.
• No emergency LARPing. emcomm channels are for actual coordination.
• Mind your beacons. See Beacon etiquette.

In the community

• Newcomers ask basic questions. That's fine. Answer kindly or stay quiet.
• Disagreements about defaults / hardware / settings are normal — do them with citations and patience.
• No politics, no harassment, no slurs, no trolling. Admins reserve the right to remove content and accounts.
